Although the
word may be repulsive, it stands as a near-perfect depiction
of the surrogate role the modern church plays. Many, well-meaning Christians have only experienced the
sensual gratification of "Pastorbation" while never
experiencing the deeper joy of (as the Lord Jesus put it)
"knowing". Jesus warned us that this lack of intimacy would
endanger our eternal souls. Note that He warned men and women
who were known by His name.
